Leaks happen to everyone at some point – it’s totally normal! If you leak at school or in public, don’t panic. Tie a sweater around your waist, change your pad or tampon, and clean up as best you can. Keep an extra pair of underwear and dark pants in your locker if possible. Most people around you won’t notice, and those who do will understand because they’ve been there too!
