Online bullying (cyberbullying) can feel even worse than in-person bullying because it follows you home and can happen 24/7. If someone is bullying you in group chats, take screenshots before responding or leaving the chat. This creates evidence that adults can use to help.
Good to know
Don’t respond or engage with the bully – that often makes it worse. Block the person if possible, and report them to the platform. Most importantly, show the messages to a trusted adult right away. Online bullying is just as serious as in-person bullying and deserves the same level of adult intervention.
